LogiSYM Planning & Procurement 2026 was held on 12 May 2026 at Singapore EXPO as part of CeMAT Southeast Asia. The first dedicated LogiSYM planning and procurement symposium examined how the two disciplines were becoming the central nervous system of resilient enterprises operating through continuing volatility.
Under the theme Beyond Transactions: The Strategic Power of Planning and Procurement in Shaping Resilience and Supporting Growth, the event brought together senior leaders, practitioners and innovators for presentations, panels and interactive roundtables.
Programme focus
The programme covered demand, supply, production, capacity, workforce and network planning; scenario modelling; the planning–execution gap; Procurement 4.0; supplier collaboration; negotiation; risk management; organisational culture and AI-enabled decision-making.
Why it mattered
Planning and procurement were treated as connected strategic capabilities: tools for improving agility, managing risk, strengthening collaboration, controlling cost and supporting sustainable growth—not simply transactional functions.
