Michael Lecomte is a seasoned Supply Chain professional with 20 years of leadership expertise spanning end-to-end supply chain management and sourcing activities across Europe, Middle East and Asia. As the Senior Supply Chain Director at COTY for ISEA and MENA, he oversees Supply-Chain planning and customer service operations in these markets. His extensive background includes working with both Shippers (ECCO shoes, LEGRAND) and 3PLs (CEVA, GEODIS), providing him a unique perspective. Michael holds certifications such as CSCP (APICS), DDLP (Demand Driven Institute), and CS&OP (S&OP Institute). Beyond his career, he is also dedicated to mentoring and sharing knowledge as a university associate and guest speaker.
