Ms Roxane Desmicht is a Professor of Operation Management and Supply Chain at the EMLyon business school and SUTD and has a business coaching/consultancy practice. She was formerly Vice President, Global Supply Chain for ams OSRAM with an organisation spread across Europe and Asia and covering the end-to-end supply chain. She has a long-lasting experience in the high-tech industry and supply chain transformation and digitalisation.
Ms Desmicht has an Executive MBA programme at the China European International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai and a Master in Material Science. She started her career as Product Engineer/Programme Manager within the Thales group, worked a few years in Altis Semiconductor as Front-End Yield Manager, as well as several years for Infineon China as Supply Chain Director.
