William B. Chiongbian II is the Group President and CEO of FAST Logistics, a group of leading companies in Philippine end-to-end logistics and selling distribution. Willy leads FAST as it grows the business established 50 years ago into today’s Group with the largest transport fleet, the largest warehouse footprint, and the largest distribution network in the country.
He first joined the family business as Director and Marketing Officer of William Lines Inc. in 1991 and held a directorship position in WG&A during the merger of William, Gothong and Aboitiz shipping lines. William II serves as Chairman of Araw Shipping Agency, Inc. and Distribution Solutions Philippines, Inc. He is also the President of FMW Southern Property Ventures Corp., and Fast Transit Corporation and holds directorships of the other family businesses in car dealership and realty.
Willy attained his degree in Bachelor of Arts in Management Economics at the Ateneo de Manila University.
