Simon Denye is Managing Director of Harmless Harvest Thailand, a Danone company producing organic coconut water for global markets, with responsibility for the full supply chain from farm to bottle. A Chemical Engineer (Imperial College, Cambridge), he has led agriculture and food manufacturing in Southeast Asia for over 20 years, including as Managing Director of Dole Thailand and Dole Philippines, running operations of up to 14,000 people. Simon is a Non-Executive Director of Ikuzo and TrustChain, and a Governor of AmCham Thailand. He is a champion of regenerative farming, smart-factory technology and carbon-neutral manufacturing.
