Neil is a senior Manufacturing and Operations expert with over 22 years of experience in the FMCG sector. His prior engagements span large FMCG companies including Nestle and Mars across Europe and the Middle East, with Line Management Responsibility for over 200 employees.
Throughout this career, Neil has held a variety of positions in Operations and Supple Chain Management, including Production Manager, Operations Manager, Quality Manager and Head of Health, Safety and Environment. He is one of the region’s leading experts in safety, compliance, production risk management and food grade production supply chains.
His core strengths include Lean Manufacturing, Efficiency Improvement, Line Management, People Development and Factory Management Operating Systems. Having always worked in a target driven environment, Neil has repeatedly proven his ability to meet targets for LTI free days, Quality Incident, Audit ready lines, RFT, Customer Service above 99% and Reliability / TRS. He is considered to be an expert in DMAIC, SMED, Six Sigma and Lean Methodologies.
Neil has been based in the UAE for the past 5 years and his most recent achievements include leading the installation and implementation of a $22million/40,000 Manufacturing Line and Manufacturing Lead as part of a PPC project, delivering savings of 23% and $185 per ton of production.
