A French-educated engineer with a Master’s degree from one of France’s leading engineering universities, he began his career in the automotive industry with Peugeot, Renault, and Renault Trucks. These experiences built a strong foundation in manufacturing operations and European management practices.
After returning to Vietnam in 2009, he held several leadership roles within the Decathlon Group, including Vietnam Production Manager, South Asia Production Manager for Heavy Stitching Process, and Operational Excellence Director. He created the Lean department for Decathlon Viet Nam and led operational excellence initiatives across Vietnam, Bangladesh and Thailand.
Over the past decade, he has successfully supported leading manufacturing companies including TBS Group, Dovitec, TNG, and Scavi–Corèle International Group, in improving supply chain, productivity, and operational performance through Lean and Operational Excellence projects.
He is currently Strategy Director at ALC – An Lac Consulting, one of Vietnam’s leading consulting firms specializing in Lean, Operational Excellence, and organizational capability development.
