Mike is responsible for the long term strategy, development and maintenance of the fulfilment network in a fast growing and changing environment, covering everything from network planning, property selection and acquisition, process development including automation through project implementation to ongoing maintenance.
Prior to Singapore Mike spent 10 years as Distribution Development Manager for Tesco in China and UK leading a number of network development and process improvement programmes.
Mike is a Chartered Engineer with previous operational and project experience in the food and drink industry prior to starting a second career in logistics.
