Mr KHOO HOCK AUN provides project development consultancy and advisory in agriculture, waste management, and sustainability as Director, Green Renewable Organic World (GROW) Centre Sdn Bhd. He is actively involved in research and development, commercialisation of unmanned aerial systems in plantation agronomy.
The GROW Centre is involved with implementing technologies for urban and vertical farming, digital/precision agriculture, treating agricultural waste and residues for conversion to biofertiliser, biomaterials, bioenergy and biofuels. It is also currently involved in implementing sustainability related projects including developing green commodity supply chains, e-commerce businesses and its logistics fulfilment function, providing sustainability compliance and certification consultancy.
Mr Khoo Hock Aun graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Agribusiness) from University of Agriculture (now Universiti Putra Malaysia) Malaysia and was a Nuffield Foundation Study Fellow with the Science Policy Research Unit, University of Sussex, United Kingdom. Khoo Hock Aun is a HRDC certified trainer and a regular speaker at sustainability related magazine. Chair, the Malaysian Cage Free Egg Producers Cooperative.
