Ian Diata is a Programme Manager responsible for strategy and transformation within the NewProduct Operations of a multinational leader in high-performance engineering. His work connects global product development with the realities of regional manufacturing.
He was instrumental in establishing a new R&D division in the Philippines, supporting the launch of several category-defining consumer products. Following a strategic assignment in the company’s Singapore hub, he took on the lead role for a major initiative to scale its research, design, and operational capabilities in the Philippines. Ian serves as a judge for a prestigious international design and engineering award. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and has postgraduate business education from both the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and the Asian Institute of Management.
