Have more than 5 years working experience in developing the Industrial Skills Framework (IndSF) documents under HRD Corp by closely collaborating with key industry associations since 2019. Responsible for coordinating & managing high level strategic input for 238 sub-sectors through 26 established Sectorial Training Committee (STCs) for the purpose of training & capacity building. Works alongside industry associations to drive various stakeholder engagement sessions/conferences & promotional activities to promote
the IndSF initiative & IndSF published documents to the industry. Previously was attached to an agency under the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation for 8 years.
