Andy Lim is a senior commercial and strategy leader with over 20 years of experience in logistics across Asia Pacific, specialising in driving growth by repositioning logistics beyond fulfilment into a key enabler of e-commerce and customer experience.
Prior to joining Singapore Post, Andy spent two decades at DHL Express in regional and country leadership roles, most recently as Vice President for Sales Development & E-Commerce for Asia Pacific. He played a key role in shaping DHL’s commercial and go-to-market strategies during the early expansion of cross-border e-commerce, driving growth across more than 20 markets.
Andy is known for building high-performing teams and leading data-driven transformation in complex markets. His work focuses on helping logistics businesses move up the value chain, using commercial strategy and technology to unlock customer growth and avoid commoditisation.
