Stephen has worked in commercial real estate investment for more than 10 years and across the Asia Pacific Region. This has seen him working in markets including Australia, Singapore and Vietnam, across business lines of Valuation/Advisory (Australia) and Capital Markets (Singapore and Vietnam).

Stephen has worked within JLL Vietnam Capital Markets Advisory business for over 4 .5 years, and is responsible for working closely with local and international capital sources to assist them in accessing direct and indirect real estate investment opportunities across all real estate sectors.

In Sydney Stephen was a Valuer for JLL specializing in valuing investment grade assets and mixed use development sites, focusing on CBD and city fringe markets. He performed in-depth financial modelling and market analysis on projects focusing on hurdle rate targets, revenues achieved within projects, pre-sale and absorption rates, construction time frames and DA approval timeframes.

In Singapore Stephen worked within the Asia Pacific Capital Markets Business, a team which advised on Investment Real Estate and Corporate Finance Transactions on regional opportunities.
