Sean Ha is the Head of Group Logistics with Malayan Flour Mills Bhd (MFM), since December 2017. He leads, set direction tactically and strategically in the overall logistics and supply chain to optimize cost and improve revenue generation. He is currently leading the supply chain transformation and consolidating key cross business functions (Flour, Poultry, Aqua and Feedlot) within MFM by driving innovation solution design to fully digitize end to end supply chain using uptrend technology such as WMS, TMS , IOT and E Commerce / Last mile.

Prior to this, Sean Ha was the IT Project Manager with LF Logistics, https://www.lflogistics.com, to lead and support project implementation testing deployment full fledge warehouse automation project using Automated Storage Retrieval System (ASRS) ,supported and solution provided by Dematic, which consists of 1 million sq ft space, 47000 pallets ASRS Storage capacity with both receiving and picking throughput of 1200 pallets per day in Singapore. He had also involved in design, implement, test and deploy Transport Management System (TMS), using Oracle OTM in various countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Hong Kong.

Sean Ha had lead the Supply Chain Modernization during his tenure between 2013-2014 in World Vision International (www.wvi.org) as Global Program Manager for National Offices in Australasia, South Asia and East Asia Region. He had great passion in the humanitarian work by providing leadership and expertise in development of supply chain management planning, procurement (sourcing & buying), vendor management, cost containment, transport, warehousing, inventory management, materials handling and packaging, reverse logistics, metrics and KPIs, risk management information & systems and fleet management.  Also, he had supported and deployed in World Vision Emergency Response for emergency impacted countries in warehousing and distribution operations. Overall, he has a strong experience in 3rd Party Logistics, Forwarding and Logistics Procurement having setup and managed logistics operations for many MNC clients in APAC and Australia with more than 15 years career.
