Two plus decades of E2E supply chain experience which includes expertise in manufacturing, demand & supply planning, Integrated Business Planning (S&OP), purchasing, and distribution. Sachin has spent around 14 years in the CPG/FMCG industry, 5 years in automobile and 3 years in Retail of mostly fortune 500 companies.
In these years, Sachin has managed complex global and local supply chains in regional and market roles. As a project and program manager I have successfully implemented 2 ERPs, 4 Business Process Management assignments and multi million cost savings projects. I also hold an expertise in new product development (commercialization) supply chain and continuous improvements.
