Raamann is Senior Director Human Resources for South East Asia and Taiwan for Thermo Fisher Scientific and is based in Singapore.

He has been with the current organisation for close to 6 years and has 22 years’ work experience, He has worked with companies like Asian Paints, HSBC, Standard Chartered and Deutsche Bank prior to joining Thermo Fisher.

Raamann started his career post his Chemical engineering as a Sales person; did his MBA-HR and embarked on his journey as a HR professional. He has also worked with an IT start up in Chicago, US.

Raamann’s leadership brand is being a “Business Manager- business is PEOPLE”, with focus on linking people agenda with business challenges and work on people strategies that support organization growth plans.
