Ms Ng Lay San is Head of Carbon Management Solutions at Sembcorp, and Co-Founder of its corporate venture, GoNetZero™. GoNetZero™ is a one-stop renewable energy and carbon management partner to corporates, supporting them in achieving their decarbonisation goals.

Previously the global head of sustainability and strategic communications, Lay San had led the development and implementation of Sembcorp’s climate change strategy and sustainability agenda across the Group as well as the investor relations and communication functions at Sembcorp’s headquarters.

Lay San has over 20 years of experience spanning sustainability, strategic planning, investor relations and financial communications, corporate communications and issues management.

She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder, a management committee member of the Global Compact Network Singapore (GCNS), the local chapter of the United Nation’s Global Compact and serves on the Climate Action Singapore Alliance.
