In her current portfolio, Mona oversees the Logistics and Business Operation Team and manages the Order-to-Cash Business Process for Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa region.
With more than 20 years of experience in business excellence, operationalization, and lean framework. Mona has held positions in both local and regional capacities at global companies such as Agilent, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Novogene; worked on various projects such as business consolidation, decentralization, business integration, system migration, and organization structure transformation. She is most passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences, improving organizational efficiency, and promoting continuous improvement.
