Vice President & Managing Director APAC
Michael is the Vice President and Managing Director for the Asia Pacific region at Roambee. He helps Roambee deliver enterprise-grade Internet of Things (IoT) with on-demand, worldwide real-time location and condition monitoring for shipments and in-field assets which in return, allow extended visibility to Supply Chain professionals.
On top of that, Michael also supports the World Economic Forum in advising the Global Alliance for Trade Facilitation with a focus on planning for cross border Covid-19 Emergency supply chain logistics. Previously Michael was an advisor to the World Health Organization (WHO) in providing strategic planning advice for logistics in the Western Pacific region.
In summary, he is a proven leader with 30 years of experience and expertise in pharmaceutical and clinical trial supply chain logistics, airline, express, post, logistics, direct marketing in senior management, key account sales and start-up capacity.
Michael holds a IDP Certificate from INSEAD and sits of the boards of various charitable and NGO organizations following his passion for philanthropic duty. Michael is also an active member of the Executive committee of The Logistics and Supply Chain Management Society.
Residing in Singapore, Michael has remained in Asia for the last 22 years.
