He has proven delivery of top-line growth through both acquisitions (and their successful integration) and organic growth (business turnaround through sales transformation and restructuring). He has experience in leadership of both JVs and partnerships with management of multiple investor stakeholders. He is also a turnaround specialist with significant experience of business transformation through the use of digital technologies by changing operating models and business processes.
