With upwards of 70% of foreign ventures failing due to cultural differences, Kyle shows how anyone can beat these odds by learning new skills to adapt in today’s fast-paced, technology-driven planet.
He has trained thousands of executives, is a faculty lecturer for Singapore Management University (SMU) and is a frequent keynote speaker at business and management conferences around the world. His APAC work has been featured in The Straits Times, Singapore Business Review, Entrepreneur, CNN and Fortune.
One of the first 5 people hired at TSL, Kyle was part of the executive team growing the company worldwide to 350+ employees. He built and trained the delivery team and was responsible for the company’s worldwide sales, helping to scale revenues from 1 to 10 million dollars over five years.
In 2006 Kyle moved to Singapore to open TSL APAC operations and built a team across 7 countries. He added sales, negotiation and cross-cultural leadership training to the company’s offerings, which he continues to actively facilitate. From hiring strategy, leadership communication, product design, sales, negotiation, marketing and client relations, he’s been focused on helping companies with global growing pains ever since.
Kyle is an avid triathlete and has completed four IronMan races where he raises money for cancer research. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bowdoin College where he majored in International Relations and Economics.
