Kavin D’Souza is an experienced senior professional with two decades of working in the logistics & warehouse operations sector across several industries in Asia Pacific, including Retail, QSR, Food Distribution, Semiconductor and Ship Chandling. He is now currently the Head of Logistics with DFI Retail Group (previously Dairy Farm Group).
Kavin has extensive experience in setting up warehouse infrastructures, building teams, and implementing ERP and WMS systems along with various forms of automation in warehouses. Specific areas of expertise include logistics, freight & transportation, cold chain logistics, negotiations, operations management, project management, budget planning, best practices and inventory control. He is Certified as an Internal Auditor, a Scrum Master and an AGILE Coach.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences and is currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration with Cumbria University.
