Based in Dubai, Imran is a commercial real estate executive with 18 years of experience and a successful track record in real estate development, investment and finance. He has broad global exposure, having worked in the United States and across the GCC region, with a particular focus on KSA and the UAE. Mr. Shah’s track-record includes over 100 real estate transactions with a value in excess of US $10 billion. He has extensive experience structuring and leading real estate deals including acquisitions, investments, master planning, development, dispositions, and advisory projects. Real estate asset class experience includes mixed-use, logistics, retail, residential, hospitality and land development.
Most recently, on behalf of a leading global real estate investment firm, he led the build-to-suit development of a 177,000 SF Class A fully climate controlled logistics facility in Riyadh KSA for leading GCC retailer LuLu Hypermarkets. Imran has an extensive network of relationships across the GCC with institutional and UHNW real estate investors, developers, and intermediaries.
