Mr. Geoffrey Kee is the Data Scientist and a Researcher at the MIMOS Berhad, which is Malaysia’s premier Applied Research and Development Centre in Information and Communications Technology, Industrial Electronics Technology, and Nano-Semiconductor Technology. He researches primarily in machine learning and deep learning, which contributes to Big Data Stack Development that provides Predictive Deployment for Industrial practices.
One of his present research examines the implementation of Predictive Maintenance, using specific machine learning concepts and use cases to predict the outcome of monitoring the condition of equipment as it is operating. Prior to this, he was the Co-Founder and the Director of Data Analytics Centre at the HELP University and has 15 years of Corporate Banking experience in Malaysia.
Geoffrey is a Certified Enterprise Data Scientist that holds an MBA from Strathclyde Business School, Glasgow, and his Bachelor studies were major in Accounting & Finance from Murdoch, WA. He is in his final year of pursuing his 2nd Master Degree in Supply Chain Management from Malaysia Institute of Supply Chain Innovation (MISI), a member of the MIT Global SCALE (Supply Chain and Logistics Excellence) Network.
