Since January 2018, Craig has provided expert cold supply chain insights and leadership to a range of companies operating in the Asia Pacific region through his company GCC, supporting local and international companies seeking to drive change in their regions, including investment opportunities to specific clients.

Craig has extensive experience in the perishable supply chain industry, having commenced with Swire Australia in 1978 and enjoying a career spanning some 39 years with the Group.

During this time, Craig has worked in a number of locations throughout Australia and China, across a broad range of perishable supply chain Industry sectors.

These industry sectors include seafood, meat, dairy industry, fresh produce sector, cut flowers, ice cream, confectionery, wholesale, quick service restaurants and retail supermarket sectors.

His roles prior to locating to China in 2007, included a range of middle management and senior management positions within Swire involving Business development, primary and secondary freight logistics, Distribution Centre and primary warehousing management, large scale retail supply chain management, safety, security and environmental management and General Management.

From 2007, Craig was based in Mainland China establishing and operating Swire’s first international standard cold storage facility in Guangzhou. In 2012, Craig transferred to Shanghai a part of the senior management team to establish a network of cold supply chain services across China. This now includes seven fully operational facilities (capacity totalling 390,000 pallet positions and an investment in excess of USD $450 million),

Craig has been given the opportunity to undertake detailed studies of the perishable supply chain trends in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Europe, Asia and the USA.

Craig is graduate of Macquarie University ( Sydney) and INSEAD (France) is a Non- Executive Director of Finlays Cold Storage Sri Lanka, past Chairman of the Refrigerated Warehousing and Transport Association (RWTA Australia), South Australian Division, past Director of Foodbank Australia, Victoria Branch.

Craig is also the Non- Executive Chairman of Australia House Pty Ltd a specialist food and beverage Company based in Melbourne Australia, with business spanning the Asia Pacific from bases in Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
