Carrie Amani Annabi is an Assistant Professor in the School of Social Sciences, Heriot-Watt University, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. She is Director of the Logistics and Supply Chain Degree postgraduate programme and has co-authored a number of refereed papers and book chapters on a range of topics, some of which focus on logistics and supply chain as well as teaching and management within International Branch Campuses. Prior to becoming an academic in Dubai, she had extensive industry experience working in a range of international roles in countries such as Cyprus, Finland, Singapore, Qatar and the United Kingdom.
