Ann has nearly 25 years experience in the area of logistics and supply chain management having started off her working career in various MNCs in the oil and gas and telecommunications industry. Her wide experience in logistics and supply chain management specifically in the telecommunications industry secured her a position as Director of Global Operations with one of the top telecommunications network optimization companies in China. In line with the company’s vision to penetrate the global telecommunications market, Ann set up and managed the International Order Desk and Customer Support Team in China to support the company’s global operations. After successfully designing and implementing their in-house ERP and Customer Support systems as well improving their production and warehouse management operations to make it internationally compliant, she went on to become their consultant. In 2016 she was awarded the Operational Award by the company for the successful implementation of operational improvements for the company and successfully delivering shipments to one of the companies top customers based in different countries in African continent.
Prior to that, she was the Order Administration Manager for a Swiss network optimization company managing orders from their customers who were network operators and solution providers in Asia Pacific region, overseeing the logistics for inbound and outbound shipments, customs clearance and obtaining regulatory permits. Here she received her training at their supply centers in Switzerland and Sweden. Ann’s knowledge in handling India’s logistics processes was instrumental in her being posted to their office in Bangalore where she was instrumental in implementing the supply process and the setting up of the company’s India hardware replacement center.

During her tenure with Ericsson Malaysia (TEMS) Ann was responsible for the order management of customers in the Asia Pacific region. She also worked in the head office in Sweden handling orders from customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.

She is in the pool of advisors of Guidepoint Global, the world’s 2nd largest expert network providing business professionals with the opportunity to consult with industry experts. Enthusiastic in learning new things, she is currently pursuing a certification in Project Management. She has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Nottingham-Trent and is also an active Member of the Malaysian Institute of Management, Malaysian Training Professionals Organization. Ann is also a Malaysian Human Resources Development Fund and Malaysian Institute of Management certified professional trainer.
