Alvin is a seasoned IT leader and practitioner, project and change management with more than 20 years’ experience working with some of the world’s largest organizations in Asia Pacific, and North America in ERP, Supply Chain, CRM, digital marketing, and marketing & sales enablement strategies.

He has been based in Asia since 2000, where he has managed trans-regional and global projects, working with business leaders and partners across functional teams to deliver exceptional marketing strategies / solutions (B2C, B2B, and B2B2C) to drive incremental growth for organization(s). Alvin implement various strategic business enablement projects such as sales force systems, setting up 3PL warehouses, outsource call centers, new offices in developing countries.

He has held various roles such as Head of IS (Asia and China), Senior IT Manager, Business Relationship Management, and Business Systems Manager. He has a diverse background working across multiple business sectors including Healthcare (Santen, Abbott) and Manufacturing, High Technology, Consumer Electronics ( Marvell, Sun Microsystems, Panasonic, Zebra Technologies)

His core experience is in the area of Program Management, CRM, Data and CMS management, Digital Marketing (incl: online personalization, E-commerce, Mobile Marketing, Social, Search, Re-targeting),  Sales and Marketing enablement (platform and capabilities), Analytics, Customer Segmentation / Profiling, Demand Generation and Lead nurturing. He is also well versed in translating business needs for business analytics and reporting solutions using AI, RPA.

Alvin holds an MBA Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wolverhampton from the UK, and completed Bachelor’s Honors Degree in Computing from University of Portsmouth. Alvin speaks English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, basic Japanese, Vietnamese and Chinese dialects.
