Following his years leading KMart Supply Chain, and the great recent success transforming its supply chain and returning the business to strong profitability, Adam now works with a range of global businesses across varied industries to help them meet contemporary  challenges for growth. Adam specialises in analysing and improving global and domestic supply chains operations (from source to shelf), across a wide range of retail models, resulting in better costs, sales, profit, return-on-capital and safety.

• Successful experience in improving the supply chain activities of multisite/multi business operations to increase sales, reduce costs and improve service, including implementing Lean practices and skills
• Thorough knowledge of current supply chain strategies, practices, costs and modelling across diverse industries
• Skilled in operating multiple, complex supply chains across both domestic operations and international import/export activities
• Strong procurement and supplier management experience for an extensive range of raw materials, engineering items, project items, consumables, utilities, and services, including large import/export programs
