SYNOPSIS

This short presentation summarises the key considerations to redesign or realign Singapore’s Food Cold Chain system given that the lessons we learnt in COVID, the significant changes in the external environment, technological advances, domestic challenges and our desire to build greater food security and food resiliency for Singapore. This presentation will also share Country Foods approach to do this with some specific examples in implementation and also broad thinking going forward.
