Programme Executive / Events Co-Ordinator

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.

The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working in delivering and co-ordinating with various stakeholders to produce the organisations magazines, events and sales/marketing promotions. You will oversee the design’s production to ensure the designs are completed in a timely manner. You will also use your knowledge of design software to accomplish these responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the business partners to plan and execute a number of events (Conferences, Webinars and Exhibitions)
    • Coordinating with speakers, clients, committee members, media partners
    • Managing the events’ agenda/programme
  • Manage Digital Events on Zoom Webinar Platform from conception to post-production
  • Create content, manage mailing lists, and promote events through various collaterals and social media
  • Manage logistical planning and on-site support at events where necessary
  • Build relationships with external suppliers, venues, and vendors to achieve the highest standards of excellence and cost efficiencies
  • Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
  • Structure campaigns on FB Ads, Google Adwords and Email Marketing flows
  • Optimize social media channels to enhance follower base, improving traffics to websites
  • Work closely with our Magazine’s Editor-in-Chief for proper planning and execution of monthly magazines
  • Liaise with clients to gather content (i.e. articles, advertisements, banners, etc.) for magazines and events
  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present report
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

 

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Knowledge of WordPress, email marketing platforms (i.e. Getresponse, Sendinblue), social media platforms (i.e. YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Ability to multi-task and track deliverables and liaise effectively with stakeholders
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Outgoing and fun-loving personality
  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Always willing to learn and improve
