Huay Ling Tay is an Associate Professor in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the Singapore University of Social Sciences School of Business. Her teaching and research focus on operations, supply-chain management and Lean Six Sigma across commercial and humanitarian contexts. Her practitioner and consultancy work includes supply-network analysis, chemical logistics, healthcare operations and workflow redesign.
