Phil Marais is supply chain leader who believes safe, well-led operations unlock performance and that people unlock everything else. Over the past decade, he has led large, complex supply chain and distribution operations across Southeast Asia, South Africa and Brazil, working within both local and multinational environments. Phil is alsio comfortable navigating scale, complexity, and change – across borders, currencies, systems, and culturally diverse teams. Beyond the day job, he is passionate about giving back to the profession. Phil has mentored Masters students, served as a guest lecturer and industry presenter, and is proud to be an ambassador for the Cotton On Foundation.
