David has over 27 years of experience in Southeast Asia industrial and logistics real estate acquisitions, development and leasing for private vehicles and listed REITs. He holds a Masters of Science in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Oxford Brookes University, UK. He has completed over real estate transactions with value in excess of US$1.8b in Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia primarily focused on the industrial and logistics sector and has worked with more than 160 industrial and logistics tenants including strong local players and MNC ’ s.
He is currently a member of the Logistics and Transportation Sub-Committee of the Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MICCI).
