Cristian is a Director within the advisory business, part of the Strategy & Transformation practice.
Cristian specializes in the mobility, omni-channel transformation, ERP, CRM, analytics, cloud, process consulting and governance of large and complex implementations. He holds extensive experience in strategy and digital transformation engagements, having worked across Europe and the Middle East with Blue Chip clients.
His functional skills include design thinking, determine the required capabilities to deliver the digital experience, re-architect the operating model and develop the transformation plan to be delivered and managed as per the principles of agile. His functional knowledge covers Materials Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, Supplier Relationship management.
Prior to joining KPMG, he has held leadership positions with IBM Global Business Services where he managed the transformation of the Interactive Experience practice for the Middle East, Turkey and Africa across various industries, as well as managing SAP Implementations. Prior he led the Business Development efforts for IBM Romania Global Delivery Center, managing opportunities across Europe and US.
