Pernille Dahlgaard is an international business executive with over twenty years of leadership experience in multinational companies, with an emphasis on corporate entrepreneurship in high-capex companies and providing support to emerging companies as a strategic advisor.
In recent years, she has delved into the areas of technology and digitalization – digital, blockchain, IoT, and analytics, where her main focus has been on transitioning organisations towards advancing their digitalisation journeys as an essential part of renewal towards greater global connectivity and organisational agility.
Personally, Pernille spent her life in truly international settings. Having lived in six countries across the globe, she has a deep understanding of multicultural issues in an international management context. Among her skills she has acquired is the ability to optimise organisational development from a general management perspective to get the best results whilst respecting local cultures. She is a strong believer in diversity and growing the organisation through people development and strong values.
She has served on the Board of Directors of established companies, start-ups and social corporations, as well being a mentor for both Aspire and INSEAD Women in Business. Further, she is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at INSEAD.
Currently, Pernille is Group VP, Finance at PSA International, one of the world’s leading port operators, where she drives PSA’s global finance transformation.
