Ronald Toh is the Group General Manager and co-founder of AERIS Group, a Singapore-based manufacturer of Temperature-Controlled Packaging products with manufacturing facilities in Singapore, China and India. Prior to founding AERIS Group, Ronald was at the forefront of designing sophisticated machines for the semiconductor industry. That’s where he cut his teeth in solving complex technical problems through design thinking.
Simplicity is his favourite design approach. When tackling a topic, Ronald is done only after he has found the simplest way to look at it because “clutter and confusion are failures of design”. With several product and design registrations to his name, Ronald walks the talk when it comes to overcoming the temperature conundrum in Extended Supply Chains and Product Integrity with well-thought designs.
