Vicente Gregorio “Gregg” S. Sebastian is President of the Philippine Multimodal Transport and Logistics Association, Inc. (PMTLAI) and Director, Treasurer, and General Manager for Administration and Accounting of Hankyu Hanshin Express Philippines, Inc. With nearly four decades of professional experience, he has held senior leadership roles in freight forwarding, transport, logistics, operations, finance, and administration, including General Manager of Emery Transnational Air Cargo Corporation and Deputy President of the Transport and Logistics Division of Transnational Diversified Group. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Colegio de San Juan de Letran.
