Manuel is the Head of Supply Chain Advisory and leads AWS’ Supply Chain practice group in Asia Pacific and Japan. He helps clients to accelerate their digital transformations to build technology enabled Supply Chain capabilities.
Over the last 15 years, he has had the privilege to work with industry leaders in Asia Pacific and Europe in Retail/CPG, Transportation & Logistics, and Natural Resources to develop and implement Supply Chain strategies.
His areas of expertise are Digital Transformations, omnichannel fulfillment, and inbound Supply Chain optimization. Prior to joining AWS, Manuel was the Head of Transformation for Luxasia , led the Digitalization of the Freight Industry Service Line for McKinsey in Germany, and started his career with DHL.
Manuel is responsible for solving our client’s most pressing Supply Chain problems by inspiring a larger vision, sharing leading industry practices, and building new Digital Supply Chain capabilities. He is also a guest lecturer at the Singapore Management University/St. Gallen University.
