Ir.Ts. Jonas Anthony is an Executive Director of Corporate Management, (rtd) Panasonic AVC Networks Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and ex – Chairman of Panasonic Manufacturing Human Resource Development for Panasonic Group of Companies in Malaysia.
He is a highly dynamic and well experienced lean, productivity and quality improvement professional with 32 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry, semiconductors, telecommunications and home appliances. His experience in this industry spans across R&D, QA, Production, Industrial Engineering, Product Engineering, human Resource and managing a vast variety of cross functional technical projects. Currently, he is an Adjunct Professor with University of Technology Malaysia, corporate trainer and a speaker on digital transformation, smart lean manufacturing, supply chain management and maintenance reliability in local and international conferences.
