Jacky Vu is the Founding and Managing Partner of LIDE Legal in Vietnam, with over 20 years of experience spanning banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, fintech, insurance, healthcare, international trade and foreign investment. He began his career at Thao Ly Consultants, VILAF, Baker & McKenzie and TMI Associates, before serving as Regional Chief Legal & Compliance Officer for Liberty Mutual’s Asia markets and Head of Legal at OCB. Jacky is also an angel investor and serves on the boards of directors and advisers of several companies.
