Hang Vu is Managing Partner of Minh Triet Capital and an independent strategic advisor specialising in market development, ecosystem building and the mobilisation of international capital into Vietnam. Her current work is centred on two complementary pillars: VIFC and financial ecosystem development. Hang supports the development of the Vietnam International Financial Centre and its emerging ecosystem. She engages prospective members and international participants – including fund managers, asset managers, family offices, institutional investors and financial-services providers, helping them navigate the market, engage key stakeholders and explore establishment pathways. She also contributes to financial-market infrastructure and product ecosystems designed to attract international capital.
Investment ecosystem building and capital mobilisation. Hang connects global capital with investable opportunities in Vietnam. She originates and curates opportunities, bringing together sponsors, capital providers, advisers and government stakeholders to move them towards partnership and execution. Her focus includes infrastructure, energy, logistics and other strategic growth sectors. Her distinctive value lies in connecting policy and market development with institutional engagement, capital formation and on-the-ground execution. This work builds on 25 years of senior leadership across Vietnam and Southeast Asia, spanning country management, P&L, commercial growth, market entry and institutional partnerships. She has held a number of executive roles within Vingroup, Vietnam’s largest private conglomerate.
