Ingrid Sidiadinoto is the Senior Managing Director of UPS Singapore and Malaysia. In this role, Ingrid oversees all aspects of UPS’s Express operations in both countries. Based in Singapore, she leads a team of several hundred people, driving business expansion in these two key Southeast Asian markets.
Ingrid began her career at UPS in the US in 1999, and over the years she has played a key role in the company’s global reach strategy, scaling innovative local solutions worldwide while adapting global solutions to individual customer needs. She was also instrumental in UPS’ supply chain shift initiatives, helping businesses improve their resilience and enhance sustainability of their supply chains.
