The 2024 KPI survey invited shippers to assess logistics service providers across courier, air freight, ocean freight and warehousing. It aimed to give service providers qualitative feedback on execution, reliability and proactive solutions.
The original invitation asked respondents to review each provider and mode where their organisation spent more than USD 1 million. Responses were intended for compilation of survey results.
