- Supply Chain Leadership: leadership, staff loyalty, experience and influence.
- Digital Transformation: use of technology to improve productivity, customer experience or business models.
- Environmental Sustainability: sustainable materials, environmental contribution and responsible practices.
- Promising Start-up: organisations less than three years old with growth, investment or demonstrated traction.
