Supply Chain Leadership
Individuals will be judged based on the following attributes:
- Ability to demonstrate leadership in his/her appropriate field (e.g. Academic, Practitioner, etc)
- Ability to demonstrate strong staff loyalty
- Ability to showcase experience, influence or a track record in Supply Chain
Digital Transformation
Individuals will be judged based on the following attributes:
- Ability to demonstrate adoption and the use of IT solutions to mutually benefit the Supply Chain they work in
- Ability to demonstrate productivity and efficiency through the use of technology to (i) impact customer experience, or (ii) create new business models
Environmental Sustainability
Individuals will be judged based on the following attributes:
- Ability to demonstrate the promoting and use of environmental materials in the Supply Chain process
- Ability to demonstrate acts of contribution or volunteerism in playing an active role in helping to save the environment
- Ability to demonstrate the implementation of Environmental, Social or Governance (ESG) processes or sustainable practices within the organisation
Promising Start-up
Individuals will be judged based on the following attributes:
- The organisation should be less than 3 years old from the date of inception
- Ability to demonstrate a track record of annual revenue growth or early significant investment
- Ability to demonstrate traction, achievements or recognition of the organisation
A list of industry experts have been chosen to help judge the competition.
